Free-scoring Doughboys batter Boldmere to stay 10 points clear at the top
Wellingborough Town's incredible start to the season continued with a dominant display against 10-man Boldmere St Michaels at the Dog & Duck on Tuesday night.
The Doughboys were emphatic 4-1 winners to stay 10 points clear at the top of the Pitching-In Northern Premier League Midlands Division, with Jake Stone's men making the most of the visitors being reduced to 10 men on 37 minutes.

Kye Bilton's red card for a second caution came with the score at 1-1, with Tolani Omotola having cancelled out Danny Draper's ninth-minute opener for the Doughboys just a few minutes earlier.
Ethan Johnston then fired Borough in front nine minutes into the second half, and the Doughboys then pulled away to secure the win thanks to further goals from Glenn Walker and Charlie Green.

Free-scoring Borough have now scored 23 goals in their past six matches!
The win keeps them 10 points ahead of second-placed Sutton Coldfield – with the two sides set to meet at the Dog & Duck in a huge match on Saturday (ko 3pm).
Sutton were also comprehensive winners on Tuesday night, seeing off Long Eaton United 3-1 at home.
