Two sessions will be available on the day:

  • 12pm to 4pm

  • 5pm to 9pm

Sam, from Lucky Chuck's said: "We're delighted to be hosting Power Up for Patients and using what we do best to support such an important local cause. Gaming has a unique way of bringing people together, and we're looking forward to welcoming families, friends and gaming fans for a fantastic day of fun while raising money to help local NHS patients, their families and the staff who care for them."

Funds raised will help the charity support patients, families and staff across local NHS services, funding projects and improvements that help make healthcare experiences better for those who need them most.

Polly, from Boards of Kettering said: "Board games are all about connecting people, creating memories and having fun together, which makes this partnership a perfect fit. We're excited to be part of Power Up for Patients and help create an event where people can find their new favourite games, meet fellow enthusiasts and support healthcare services that touch the lives of so many people across Northamptonshire."

The event offers a chance for gaming communities, families and friends to come together, meet fellow enthusiasts and support local healthcare, all while enjoying six hours of unlimited gaming.

Alfie Dutfeild-Wright, Head of Fundraising at Northamptonshire Health Charity, said: "Power Up for Patients is all about bringing people together through the things they love. We're incredibly grateful to Lucky Chuck's and Boards of Kettering for organising and hosting this event as part of our inaugural Power Up for Patients fundraiser. They’ve created a fun day out that will help make a difference for local NHS patients, families and staff."

Whether you're a lifelong gamer, a casual player or simply looking for a unique day out with family and friends, the event promises plenty of gaming, friendly competition and the chance to support a great local cause.
