Drury demands defence tightens up as Steelmen chase much-needed win
Graham Drury has told his Corby Town team they have to tighten up in defence for the visit of Mickleover to Steel Park on Tuesday night (ko 7.45pm).
After overseeing three draws in his opening three matches as Steelmen boss, things have gone awry in the past two games with Corby conceding eight goals in two heavy defeats.

First they were beaten 4-1 at home by league Pitching-In Northern Premier League leaders Wellingborough Town, and then on Saturday they were whipped 4-0 at fellow strugglers Barwell.
Those defeats have left the Steelmen, who now haven't won in the league since September 9, sitting second from bottom and eight points from safety.
And although the goals aren't exactly flowing in attack, it is the defence that is concerning Drury, particularly as one of his key signings, Rob Evans, has had to return to his parent club Halesowen Town after signing a dual registration with Corby.
Speaking ahead of the clash with Mickleover, Drury told @chuckmiddleton: "The backline worries me at the minute, I won't lie.
"It is a concern, and I thought I had filled that with the Evans situation, but that's changed and now we have to find somebody pretty quick.
"I have a seven-dayer in for one at the moment, but he has a two-match suspension, but the defence is an area of real concern for me.
"We are not scruffy with the ball, we can be tidy with it, we can get in behind teams.
"I watched Mickleover pay Bourne and it was end-to-end, so they will give you chances.
"We just have to be more clinical."
Mickleover are currently 10th in the Midlands Division table, and have won three of their six away matches so far this season.
The big incentive for Corby though is that they know a win will see them move to within five points of safety, with a game in hand.
