Emergency Services Day at Chester House promises ‘fun and educational’ event for the family

Families will have the opportunity to learn about the vital roles local emergency services play within the community.

Following the success of Roseshire Festival during the bank holiday, Chester House is hosting the open day from 10am until 4pm on Saturday (September 5), where attendees to the free day can meet firefighters, police officers, paramedics and other emergency service workers to learn about their job and what it entails while also seeing emergency response vehicles up close, all within ‘a relaxed, festival-style atmosphere.’

A Chester House Estate spokesman said: “Join us for a full day of free family fun at Chester House Estate as we shine a spotlight on the incredible work of our emergency services. This community-focused event is designed to be both fun and educational, with a range of engaging activities suitable for all ages.

“It’s the perfect summer day out in Northamptonshire for families and it’s completely free to attend. Bring the whole family and discover the amazing work of our emergency services in a fun and interactive day out.”
