Corby man denies rape

Karl McMichael, of Llewellyn Walk, Corby, is accused of falsely imprisoning a woman, raping her, assaulting her by penetration and of criminal damage to her property.

The 36-year-old appeared at Northampton Crown Court to deny all the charges against him.

He is remanded in custody ahead of his trial.
