Striker O’Mahony warns Diamonds that Burton standards won’t slip for FA Cup clash
Burton Albion striker Mark O'Mahony says he and his team-mates will be treating Saturday’s Emirates FA Cup first round date with AFC Rushden & Diamonds the same as any other game.
The Brewers play in Sky Bet League One and tower five divisions above non-League Diamonds.

Gary Bowyer's side are big favourites to do a professional job and book their place in the second round draw, but O'Mahony insists there will be no complacency in the Burton camp.
The Brewers are going into the game off the back of a disappointing 2-0 league defeat at Wycombe Wanderers last Saturday, and O'Mahony says they are keen to quickly get back to winning ways when they take on Diamonds.
"It's a long season and we will have to pick ourselves up after Saturday's defeat, and I have no doubt we will do that," said the 21-year-old Irishman, who is at Burton on loan from Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion.
"For the cup game the standards have still got to be the same and we will not be going into that game lightly.
"Everything is going to be the same, and we want to go in and win the game, as simple as that.
"We are going to go strong and we especially want to pick ourselves up after Saturday and show that we aren't as bad as we were in that game.
"I think we'll be going hell for leather in training in the build up to that game."
Burton have enjoyed a solid start in league one, but slipped to 15th with their defeat at Adams Park at the weekend.
They are still a very healthy seven points clear of the relegation zone, while being just five adrift of the play-offs in what is a very congested division.
The Brewers having been a league one club since the start of the 2018/19 season, having spent the two years prior to that in the Championship.
Burton are a prime example of how things can be done for many smaller and non-League clubs, as they weren't promoted into the Football League until 2009 when they won the National League under the management of Nigel Clough.
Prior to that, Burton had spent 60 years as a non-League club, playing in the Northern Premier League as recently as 2002.
