A limited-time Amazon deal has pushed a dual-channel 4K dashcam into budget territory, packing premium safety features at a lower price point
This dual-channel dashcam has just dropped in price - and it's quickly become Amazon's best-seller.
The GKU 4K Dash Cam has a front and rear camera, with the front camera delivering 4K footage, and the rear camera offering up HD (1080p) footage.
It's priced at £54.99, and that's including a 35% discount off the normal £84.99 price. The deal is set to last until February 23, so there's still a fair bit of time to pick up a bargain.
Dashcams have become increasingly popular with drivers looking for extra peace of mind, and as well as offering 4K footage, this model packs in features usually seen at higher prices.
It has built-in 5GHz Wi-Fi, which lets you connect the camera to your phone through the companion app to download clips, adjust settings or share footage quickly after a journey.
There’s also a 64GB memory card included in the box, meaning you can get started straight away without buying extra storage.
Safety features include loop recording that overwrites older files when the card fills up, plus a G-sensor that locks important footage if it detects sudden movement or a collision.
Night driving is covered too, with WDR and low-light enhancements aimed at improving clarity after dark.
There's even an optional parking monitor mode, although a separate hardwire kit is needed if you want continuous recording while the car is switched off.
The design itself is compact and sits discreetly behind the windscreen, with a small adjustable rear camera that can be positioned wherever it works best in the vehicle.
Amazon Prime members can get free delivery on eligible orders, while non-Prime customers may need to pay postage depending on basket value.
As always with lightning deals, prices and availability can change quickly, so it’s worth checking the listing before making a decision.
