Rushden Lakes confirms new major food chain coming soon to shopping complex
Rushden Lakes will soon welcome German Doner Kebab to its West Terrace with signs put up in the window of a unit at the shopping complex.
The inside of the space is currently being renovated while signs have been installed on the front of the unit, featuring a QR code directing people towards the company’s job vacancies web page.
Unit 58 in the West Terrace was formerly occupied by Yo! Sushi, which closed in March this year, having only been at Rushden Lakes for less than a year, with German Doner Kebab set to take on the space soon.
A Rushden Lakes spokesman said: “German Doner Kebab is coming soon to Rushden Lakes. Freshly made, packed with flavour, and crafted using premium ingredients, this isn't any kebab... it's GDK.”
German Doner Kebab is a food chain which currently has more than 160 locations across the UK, including one in the Drapery in Northampton.
The brand specialises in kebabs, wraps, burritos and ‘doner boxes’ as well as children’s menu items, sweet treats and sides.
An official opening date for German Doner Kebab is yet to be announced by Rushden Lakes.
