This building in Higham Road was originally built as the Birch Bros bus depot and was more recently occupied by Home Suite Home.
Several planning applications for the site have been submitted and considered by the planning authority in recent years before approval was finally granted.
It has since been transformed with some of the properties now for sale with Simpson and Weekley.
The Rightmove listing says: “One of only three townhouses set within this prominent 1930s Art Deco building formally built as the Birch Bros Bus Depot and more recently occupied by Home Suite Home.
"Located at the front of the original building, this three storey townhouse is finished to a high standard throughout and still retaining some original features.”
And it goes on to say: “A unique opportunity to purchase a piece of the town’s history and a brand new home with a 'wow' factor all in one.”
The OEH Group is the developer behind the scheme.
Previously speaking about the development, they said: “Rushden, located in Northamptonshire, has a rich history rooted in the boot and shoe manufacturing industry. The town experienced significant growth during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, leading to the construction of various commercial and residential buildings.
“The building contributes to the architectural heritage of Rushden, reflecting the town’s development over the years.”
It said the proposed project would include 33 new apartments, three townhouses and one commercial unit.
And it added: “This development aims to blend contemporary design with the historical character of the area, contributing to the ongoing regeneration of Rushden.
“The site at 2-4 Higham Road holds a place in Rushden’s architectural narrative.
"The forthcoming redevelopment by Home Suite Home represents a new chapter, balancing the preservation of historical elements with the needs of a growing community.”
