A big screen displaying warnings and information about coronavirus was in Kettering's Horsemarket last night (Saturday, September 26).

The board is part of Northamptonshire public health's #NorthantsTogether information campaign and displayed a series of changing screens with information and warnings.

One message warned: "Coronavirus cases in Kettering are high in the 20 to 29 age group.

"Keep those around you safe. Keep your distance. Especially at indoor venues where you are more at risk."

There were also messages from the government's "Stay Alert" campaign, hand washing reminders and face covering reminders.

The board was placed in Horsemarket, an area with a number of pubs and bars.

Part of the government's new coronavirus measures is a 10pm closing time for the hospitality sector and large crowds of people were seen gathering in the area after closing time.
