All Prezzo and correct for Corby and Kettering pizza and pasta lovers

With Covid cases on the up in Italy and the holiday travel ban still making the staycations a reality for most people this year, Corby and Kettering's Prezzo restaurants have stepped in.

Fans of Italian cusine and Prezzo will be able to book an outdoor dining experience at their restuarants in George Street and Market Place Kettering as they opened their doors yesterday (Monday).

Diners will be able to tuck in to menu favourites - socially-distanced - using an app from their table.

A spokesman for Prezzo said: "It’s the perfect place to reunite with your friends and family. To ensure the safety of Prezzo’s diners and staff, the team will be following every precaution to make sure everyone is safe.

"Prezzo fans will be able to tuck into some of their Italian classic favourites, including spaghetti bolognese - also available as a vegan and gluten-free option-, lasagne, tomato bruschetta and al forno pasta dishes which are all back on the menu.

"And for those with a sweet tooth, there’s raspberry sorbet, sticky toffee pudding and the honeycomb smash cheesecake - there is something for everyone on the menu."

All menus are disposable to ensure no contamination and customers can order directly from their smartphone or tablet using the QR code displayed on tables.

Each customer will be asked to scan-in using the NHS Test & Trace app, in line with the recent government guidance and social distancing markers, hand sanitisers, as well posters with Public Health England advice will be displayed throughout the restaurants

"Gardens, terraces and courtyards are being prepped, preened and planted to make sure everything looks wonderful and is Covid-secure. Tables are limited so the advice is to book early and give yourself something to look forward to.
