Corby woman steals cactus before attacking man with it in town centre
She'll be sentenced in August
A Corby woman has pleaded guilty to stealing a cactus and assaulting a man with it.
Chloe Molloy, 31, appeared in court on Wednesday (June 16) to admit four offences.
She pleaded guilty to stealing a cactus from Flowertime in Queen's Square, Corby, on May 22, before hitting a man with it, causing him injury.
She also admitted a public order incident and failing to appear at court on June 14.
Magistrates delayed sentencing for Molloy, of Blake Road, until August to allow for a pre-sentence report to be compiled.
