BBC presenter the Rev Richard Coles to take part in charity event in Kettering

TV and radio personality the Rev Richard Coles is to take part in a charity Desert Island Discs-style event.

Discs from a Desert Island will take place from 7.30pm on Thursday, March 17, at Kettering Park Hotel.

Tickets are £10, concessions £9, and refreshments are included.

The event will raise money for the Kettering branch of Save the Children.

As well as being the vicar at St Mary the Virgin in Finedon, former 1980s pop star Mr Coles is also a regular broadcaster on Radio 4’s Saturday Live, and has appeared on a number of TV shows including QI and Have I Got News For You.
