Fresh figures on the number of those dying away from NHS hospitals since last Friday (April 24) are due out next week.

On May 1 the ONS released their most detailed breakdown yet of deaths up to April 17 - covering the UK's deadliest day on April 10 - revealing for the first time how many people had died from areas of different towns and villages.

The figures revealed East Northamptonshire was one of the worst-hit areas in the county with 38 deaths, nine of which came in the Stanwick and Ringstead area.

Kettering had the county's lowest death rate although both Desborough and Barton Seagrave had four victims.
