Whilst attending the award ceremony, Anton had the opportunity to meet with the Speaker, Kirsty Murphy – renowned for becoming the first (and currently only) female pilot in the Red Arrows. Her remarkable aviation career includes 17 years as a fast jet pilot, 39 operation missions over Iraq flying the Tornado GR4 and training a significant portion of today’s frontline fast jet pilots. Kirsty was awarded the MBE in 2021 for services to aviation.
