Yeehaw! Country and Western Day
Residents of Claremont Parkway Care Home in Kettering enjoyed the glorious sunshine on Saturday 24th July, with a fantastic afternoon of Country & Western for their annual summer fete.

The day was filled with smiles, laugher and community spirit, with the wonderful sound of live music. Residents were treated to a fantastic performance by the talented singer Glyn who sang a range of Country Classics, which kept everyone dancing, singing and smiling throughout the afternoon. The residents also had the added enjoyment of one residents Granddaughters dancing along to the songs, which certainly went down a treat with the residents and visitors to the home. Generations came together to share special memories from years gone by.
Special heartfelt thank you to Tracy the amazing stall holder who came to join Claremont for the afternoon, selling a range of sweet treats! Tracy was also manning the tombola, and what a fantastic job she did.

Days like these are about so much more than entertainment, they provide opportunities for friendship, connection, and meaningful engagement. Seeing residents laugh & reminisce reminds us how important these special occasions are in enriching everyday life & supporting emotional wellbeing.
Claremont Parkway team members and residents thank you all for coming and supporting the fete. The photos show just what a wonderful afternoon was had by all.
