Residents at Barchester’s Claremont Parkway care home in Kettering were so touched to discover a beautiful hand-knitted bear left outside their care home by the Warkton Women’s Institute (Northamptonshire Federation).

"I am not lost, but all alone
If I make you smile, take me home
Yours to keep, or give away
To bring you luck along the way"
