Step into Wonderland this summer

Take a tumble down a rabbit hole this summer for Pitch-Up Theatre’s adaptation of Alice in Wonderland, which will be touring venues around Northants and beyond throughout August.

In this unique take on a classic tale, audiences can join Alice – a young girl who finds herself in a magic library where she begins reading a mysterious book and ends up following a white rabbit into Wonderland.

Pitch-UP Theatre’s Wonderland is an interactive, 60-minute whirlwind of a show, suitable for families, and performed by two professional actors with many years’ experience of writing, producing, directing and performing for young audiences.

Audiences are invited to help Alice rediscover her imagination, meet the clever Caterpillar, enjoy a tea party with the hilariously fun Hatter, and become part of the story as Alice tries to defeat the Queen of Hearts in the craziest croquet match ever. Audiences will play a vital role in helping Alice defeat the Queen, saving Wonderland and all of her friends.

This lively adaptation is packed with audience participation, with children and grown-ups alike invited to step into important Wonderland roles and help the story unfold.

You can see Wonderland performed at Chester House Estate, Wellingborough, on August 5th and 6th as part of their Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea Party. There will also be a performance at Lamport Hall on August 7th, at Welford Christmas Tree Farm on August 8th, at Wild Canvas Campsite, Turvey, on August 9th, and at Rothwell Community Centre on August 14th.  Contact the individual venues to book tickets or find all the details on our Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/pitchuptheatre/ and Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/people/Pitch-Up-Theatre/61567511267749/
