Smartbox Self Storage backs Desborough Ladies FC with kit deal and storage discount for supporters
Smartbox Self Storage has partnered with Desborough Ladies FC, supplying new team kit (premiering on 19th July) and promotion for the grassroots women's side while opening an exclusive storage discount to the club's players, families and supporters ahead of kicking off the new season.
The club competes in the Northamptonshire Women's & Girls Football League. Under the partnership, Smartbox provides team kit and external promotion, and anyone connected to the club — family, friends and supporters — can claim a discount at the company's Pipewell Road site through the Desborough Ladies Football Club Facebook page, Instagram account and supporter Facebook Group.
Smartbox has operated in Desborough since August 2024. Its site sits on Pipewell Road, about two minutes from the town centre, offering indoor storage units and outdoor drive-up containers, with 24-hour access, CCTV monitoring, no deposit and no minimum stay.
"Grassroots women's football runs on early mornings, long seasons and people who show up week after week," said Roger Canham, Founder and Chairman at Smartbox Self Storage Desborough. "Backing Desborough Ladies FC is a simple way for a local business to support that. The club gets kit and promotion, and everyone connected to it gets a better deal on storage."
"Support from local businesses makes a real difference to a club like ours," said Danny, Team Manager at Desborough Ladies FC. "It helps us focus on the football."
Supporters can use their code at online checkout, or call the site on 01536 402116 for help. Full details are at smartboxselfstorage.uk.
