Oundle Medical Practice urges patients to complete 2026 Patient Survey before Sunday deadline
Patients at Oundle Medical Practice, part of Lakeside Healthcare, are being encouraged to complete the 2026 Patient Survey before it closes this Sunday (24 May 2026).

Jessica Bawden, Chief Executive of Lakeside Healthcare, said: “Your feedback continues to be incredibly important to us. Whether you’re sharing a positive experience or highlighting something we could improve, your voice helps shape the care we provide. Even if you haven’t visited the practice recently, or if you’ve filled in a survey before, we would still really value your views. Every comment helps us understand what matters to you, what we’re doing well, and where we can make things even better.”
The survey is part of an ongoing commitment to listen to patients and improve services based on their feedback.
Last year, patient feedback led to a number of improvements at Oundle Medical Practice. These included reviewing our triage system to improve how patients access care. The introduction of a new Health Kiosk, increased the number of pre-bookable appointments available, and expanded their Patient Services team to better support patients contacting the practice. In addition, they welcomed a new Practice Manager to the team.
This year’s survey includes questions about patients’ experiences contacting their practice and whether they accessed other services first, such as NHS 111 or online resources. There are also opportunities to provide more detailed feedback through free-text boxes. Patients are asked not to include any confidential or medical information in their responses.
The survey takes around 10 to 12 minutes to complete. Patients can take part by scanning the QR code displayed on posters at the practice or online by visiting www.oundlesurgery.nhs.uk/news/patient-survey-2026. Paper copies are available from reception for those without online access. Patient Service Advisors are also available to support anyone who may need help completing the survey.
