Northamptonshire complementary holistic therapist celebrates 30 years by launching new monthly immersive sound and meditation experience
New monthly immersive sound & meditation evenings offer an intimate space for deep relaxation, guided meditation and restorative sound in the heart of Northamptonshire.

With endless notifications, busy schedules and increasing pressures on everyday life, many people are finding it harder than ever to truly switch off.
Recognising the growing need for spaces that encourage genuine rest, experienced Northamptonshire holistic therapist Alli Whale, is launching a new monthly experience designed to help people step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.

Launching this September at Grendon Village Hall, the 90-minute evening sessions combine guided meditation, immersive sound and quiet reflection, offering guests an opportunity to pause, breathe and simply be.
Limited to just 15 guests, each gathering has been intentionally designed to feel calm, welcoming and deeply personal.
This year marks 30 years since Alli began her career in healthcare. Starting as a nurse before moving into complementary holistic therapies, she has spent three decades supporting people's wellbeing in different ways. The launch of Planted reflects what she has witnessed throughout that journey – that in a world of constant demands, many people are longing for somewhere they can simply stop, breathe and reconnect with themselves.
"People often tell me they feel exhausted, but not because they're physically tired. They're mentally full. Emotionally stretched. Constantly giving to everyone else while forgetting to give themselves permission to stop.

We live in a culture that celebrates being busy, yet our minds and bodies rarely get the chance to truly rest. Planted was created to offer that safe space - a place where nothing is expected of you except to arrive exactly as you are."
Alli has built a reputation for creating nurturing, person-centred experiences that support relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Her work draws on a broad range of holistic massage and sound practices, with every offering centred around helping people feel safe, supported and deeply cared for.
Each evening session begins with a gentle 15-minute guided meditation before guests are immersed in the resonant sounds of carefully selected therapeutic instruments. The experience concludes with time to gently return, enjoy a herbal tea and, for those who wish, take part in an optional intuitive card pull for personal reflection.
Guests are invited to come dressed in their favourite cosy clothing or loungewear and bring a blanket, yoga mat, water and an eye pillow if they have one. Small square floor cushions for comfort and refreshments are provided.

Unlike larger wellbeing events, the intimate group size allows Alli to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed and held throughout the evening.
"My passion has always been to create experiences that promote wellbeing through every treatment and practice I offer. Whether someone comes because they're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a busy season of life or simply craving a moment of stillness, my hope is that they leave feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves."
