New Padel Courts at Oundle School Sports Centre 

Oundle School Sports Centre is set to introduce four new covered tournament-standard padel courts, bringing one of the world's fastest-growing sports to Oundle and expanding opportunities for participation across the local community. 

The new courts will be located at the front of the existing Sports Centre, replacing two outdoor netball courts. The design of the courts has been carefully developed to minimise any impact on neighbouring properties and on School sporting provision. Covered courts, acoustic treatments, and thoughtfully designed lighting have been incorporated to reduce noise and visual impact, allowing the facility to operate responsibly while providing an excellent playing experience all year round. 

The courts will operate as a bookable facility through the Sports Centre and will be available to both members and the wider local community. Pupils will also have opportunities to experience padel through PE lessons and elective programmes as part of the School's broader commitment to sport and physical activity.
