Nominate them (or hand yourself in!) for Jail & Bail, a hilarious fundraising event from Cransley Hospice Trust that locks up the mischievous in support of local hospice care.

Your “prisoner” will be incarcerated by Northamptonshire Police in cell vans at Tesco Kettering on Friday, July 31.

While behind bars, they’ll face playful humiliation: sitting in the stocks, enduring good-natured ribbing, and begging for their bail money!

To earn their freedom, prisoners must raise £999 or more in bail. Every penny goes to support the essential work of Cransley Hospice Trust.

Olivia Bonner, community fundraiser at Cransley Hospice Trust, said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing our fun-filled fundraiser, Jail & Bail, back to Kettering and couldn’t be more excited to see the community come together once again.

"With the fantastic support of our local Police and Tesco Kettering, this event promises to be bigger and better than ever.

"Every pound raised will help us continue our mission of making every moment matter for patients and their families when they need us the most.

"What are you waiting for? Nominate someone you know today!”

  • Must be committed to raising £999 or more in bail over the trial period (approx. eight weeks).

  • Must be a good sport — cringeworthy challenges await!

Don’t let the mischief-makers get away… lock them up for charity! Anyone interested in taking part, or nominating a friend (or enemy!) is encouraged to do so on the charities website without delay.
