Local member of our Armed Forces walking 45 days - 1050km from Switzerland to Kettering raising awareness for Men's Mental Health
My son, a local Kettering, Northants boy and a serving member of the armed forces is currently walking from Switzerland back to The Beeswing, Kettering arriving for the world cup final on 19th July, raising awareness for Men's mental health.

He is carrying a sandbag aswell as all of his gear, this represents the weight of mental health and he is hoping others will join along the route and share the load which would represent the weight being lifted.
He is also carrying a beer to deliver to his best friend who has also had a tough time recently.

As a teenager he struggled with anxiety and being a Royal Engineer in the british army has also seen how mental health can affect others.
He has also started his own charity IMGOOD, he will be hoping to do many more challenges to keep awareness going and encouraging people to talk and get help.
He would love others to join him along the route and to just get talking and relieve the stresses they may have on their shoulders.
If you would like to watch his journey or join him please follow @IMGOODHQ on Instagram where you will see his live location and announcements along the way.
Let's get his story out there and support those that may need it right now.
