Free webinars to explore armed forces support and health inequalities
People across Northamptonshire and beyond are being invited to take part in two free online webinars focusing on support for the armed forces community and tackling health inequalities.

Hosted by Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT), the sessions are open to anyone with an interest in health, wellbeing and how services are working to better support local communities.
Both webinars will include a live Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and learn more.
The events are free to attend and open to everyone.
Support for the Armed Forces Community
The first webinar will explore the support available for the armed forces community. It will include insights into nationally recognised services such as Op RESTORE, which supports physical health and wellbeing, and Op NOVA, which works with members of the armed forces community who are in contact with the justice system. The session will also share experiences from NHS staff working in secure settings and how services work together to provide care and support.
Health Inequalities
The second webinar will focus on health inequalities, helping attendees understand what they are, why they matter, and how they affect people locally. The session will include a real-life service user story and examples of how health and care services are working to identify and reduce inequalities, alongside information on how people can stay involved.
Both webinars will include a live Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and learn more.
The events are free to attend and open to everyone.
