Corby residents encouraged to use Urgent Treatment Centre for same-day care
Residents in Corby are being encouraged to make use of the local Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), provided by DHU Healthcare, for urgent, non-life-threatening conditions.

Located on Cottingham Road, Corby Urgent Treatment Centre is open 8am–8pm, seven days a week, offering a walk-in service with no appointment needed.
The UTC provides care for a wide range of conditions, including suspected broken bones, cuts and bruises, sprains and strains, fevers and rashes, and access to X-rays where required.

Patients are assessed and treated in order of clinical priority. For less urgent conditions, patients may be offered a later arrival time on the same day, allowing them to return rather than waiting in the centre. Patients are also welcome to remain and wait if they prefer.
The service helps ensure patients receive the right care in the right place, while also reducing pressure on the Emergency Department (ED).
If you’re unsure where to go, NHS 111 can help direct you to the most appropriate service.
For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999.
