The programme has a capacity of 100 participants, and demand has already been strong, with 40% of places now filled. The Job Skills Training Association is encouraging local young people to register soon to secure their place and benefit from valuable employability training, career guidance, and professional development opportunities.

In addition to welcoming participants, the Job Skills Training Association invites local businesses to participate in the programme. Businesses can support young people by offering practical industry insights, workplace exposure, mentoring, skills workshops, and career development opportunities. These real-world experiences help participants better understand employer expectations and prepare for future employment.

In recognition of their contributions, businesses that actively support the programme will be acknowledged by the Job Skills Training Association as "Community Youth Support Partners", highlighting their commitment to developing local talent and strengthening the community.

Manash Mukherjee, Chair of the Job Skills Training Association, said: "Our goal is to give young people the practical skills, confidence, and guidance they need to succeed in today's job market. We are delighted to see such strong interest already. We also encourage local businesses to join us in shaping the next generation of talent by sharing their knowledge and experience. Together, we can create meaningful opportunities for young people and build a stronger future for our community."

The Job Skills Training Association is also calling on local residents, organisations, and community supporters to help sustain and expand the programme through donations. Community contributions will directly support training resources, mentoring activities, employability workshops, and opportunities that help young people transition into employment.

Every donation helps ensure that more young people can access the support they need to build successful careers and become active contributors to the local economy.

Individuals and organisations interested in supporting the programme, becoming a community youth support partner, or making a donation are encouraged to contact the Job Skills Training Association for further information.
