Advertising and marketing agency Daedalus wins Gold at SME Northamptonshire Business Awards

Founded by Jack Castro and Natalie Snee in 2024, the business has quickly built a strong reputation for helping companies turn disconnected marketing into a clear, unified brand system that drives results. The award marks an important moment for the team as they approach their second year in business.

The ceremony took place at Franklin’s Gardens on Thursday 23rd April, where Daedalus was recognised among a competitive group of new businesses from across the region. Following this win, the company has also been put forward to represent the region at the National SME Awards later this year.

The following evening, the business was also recognised at the Best SME Awards, a separate national awards programme, where they received Silver in the Best New Business category, making it a memorable and successful few days for the team.

“It’s been a really eventful and fun week. We were completely surprised, but it was a really lovely surprise. Not bad for a year built on caffeine, stubbornness, and a refusal to make boring work. Thank you to everyone who’s trusted us, backed us, referred us and worked with us,” said Jack Castro, Co-Founder of Daedalus.

Alongside this recognition, the business is also preparing to move into a new office space in the centre of Long Buckby next week, marking another step forward as the company continues to grow and establish itself locally. The new space reflects the progress made over the past two years, with the gold award set to take pride of place in the new office.
