Set in the heart of the Northamptonshire and Leicestershire countryside, there’s plenty to see and do this April. In fact, the Kelmarsh Show is all about offering families a great day out, with lots of fun to be had across a whole weekend.

One definitely not to miss is Kelmarsh Show’s Main Arena. Here, you can expect a jam-packed timetable featuring some amazing performances and some fast-paced displays which are sure to wow the crowds.

From the awesome Red Devils Parachute Display Team landing inside the Main Arena, to some of the finest falconry displays and gundog events over at the Countryside Arena, there is an abundance of activities for the whole family to see and experience. With the fast-paced action supplied from the Mounted Games of Great Britain and Jamie Squibb Freestyle Motocross, there’s lots to keep all ages and interests covered!

For the smaller visitors attending Kelmarsh, there’s a dedicated Kids Zone too where youngsters can get their faces painted, model balloons and even hunt for treasure at the gold panning stations, and better still, it’s all for free!

If you’re searching for more hands-on activities for your youngsters, there are plenty of opportunities for visitors to get involved and have-a-go, with countryside activities for all ages to try out. Whether it’s clay shooting, fishing, crossbows and catapults, or traditional gundog scurries, the Kelmarsh Show will ensure you all come away with a fantastic new experience.

And for the foodies there will be some tempting local cuisine and food produce at both the Food Village and Chefs Demo Arena, featuring live demonstrations from some amazing local Chefs. If music is more your thing, there’s the fabulous Folk Roots Festival and, if you simply wish to get away from it all, the Fishing Village offers that little bit of peace and quiet too.
