Teenage traders take over Kettering Market Place

Creative young traders have set up stalls in Kettering's Market Place today (Saturday) for the Teenage Market.

The Teenage Market is a national initiative that gives young people a free platform to sell their crafts, talents, and to perform.

The market is running in Kettering today, Saturday, December 7, and young traders were given free insurance cover, gazebo and a table.

Young traders under 17 needed an adult to supervise but otherwise, teens could apply for a stall by creating a profile about what they do.

There was a variety of stalls at the event including handmade bath products, cakes, art, make-up, and other crafts.

Shire Sounds were playing music and broadcasting live. Check out our gallery to see more.
