The Kettering leg of the tour, which is on March 18 next year, comes after a performance in Swindon and before shows in Coventry and Norwich.

Tickets start at £35 and can be bought here.

An event spokesman said: "The shows are quite simply the best night out any football fan could have outside of a match day.

"In a hilarious and engaging rollercoaster ride of an evening, the panel will reveal personal anecdotes from their football and TV careers, from the ultimate highs to the crucifying lows.

"Brimming with anecdotes, the evening will give a frank and rare insight into the crazy world of football! Fans can expect incredible tales told by three of the best raconteurs in the business."

Stelling said: “It’s been a tough time for football fans across the UK. Football is the beating heart of the local community and not being able to go and see local teams has had a huge impact.

"We hope these shows will give fans something to look forward to. I’ve worked with Merse and Matt for a long time and I can promise they are full of the most hilarious anecdotes you’ll ever hear."

Audience members will be able to ask the panel anything they like from the world of football, from new transfers and signings to Premier League predictions, the future of football post Covid-19 and everything else in between.
