Heavyweights headline Corby blues night
Corn Market Blues returns on Saturday with a double headliner featuring Del Bromham's Blues Devils and The John Verity Band.
Bromham (pictured) is best known for his work as singer songwriter and guitarist for the band Stray.In 2012, Del received a Lifetime Achievement In Music award at The Newark Blues Festival.His latest album Nine Yards was released in 2013.Verity, who previously played with Argent, has recorded three albums with his band Phoenix.He also produced the Charlie album Good Morning America as well as the first Saxon album.His latest album My Religion was released this year.The gig will be raising money for the charity Crohns and Colitis.Corn Market Blues takes place at The Raven Hall in Rockingham Road, Corby.Tickets cost £13 in advance and are available via www.cornmarketblues.co.uk or by calling 01536 744753 and 07758886430.
