Saints boss Mallinder reveals nature of Myler injury against Quins
Myler was limping for a prolonged period during his team’s 23-9 success at Franklin’s Gardens.
But he soldiered on until five minutes from time, racking up 13 points as Saints earned their sixth successive Aviva Premiership home win this season.

Hide AdIt owes much to the importance of Myler to the Saints team that the fly-half remained on the field for so long.
And director of rugby Mallinder said: “He got a dead leg so it’s not ideal and he was hobbling a bit as it slowly got worse, but you want Stephen Myler on the field.”
Saints will be keen for Myler to be fit for next Sunday’s Heineken Cup game at Ospreys.
And, it seems, the first-choice No.10 is confident he will be available for the return to European action.
Myler tweeted: “Thanks for the messages and concern, my leg will be fine. Have a good weekend.”
