"I've got a big hill close to the golf course (Harlestone) here and I run there and do my thing so it's not too bad.

"It's going to sound a bit corny, but England is our home at the moment.

"If we go back to SA, we've got family there but we don't have our own place.

"We'd rather stay here under our own roof than go back to SA and be a guest in someone's house for four months.

"My kid, who is 12 and a half months old, takes up a lot of my time because he has a lot of energy and I enjoy it.

"And the training part takes up a big part of the day.

"If it's better weather I just like being outside, take the little one outside and throw a ball for the dog.

"I'm a little bit of a gamer as well at heart so in the evenings when everything's quiet and my wife is doing her work - she works from home for a company back in SA - I play a little bit of Call of Duty.

"They are full days."
