Saints have played in some memorable Premiership play-off semi-finals since returning to England's top division in 2008.
And ahead of Saturday's huge final-four clash with Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park, we take a look back at the black, green and gold's six previous ventures into the Premiership's end-of-season shootout.
Tom Wood scored the most dramatic try of them all in the play-off semi-final success against Leicester Tigers in May 2014
Soane Tonga'uiha and Brian Mujati scored for Saints, but they were edged out late on by Saracens as Glen Jackson's nerveless penalty won the game at Franklin's Gardens, leaving Ben Foden (pictured) and Co deflated.
It was a hugely controversial east midlands clash at Welford Road as Leicester secured a seventh successive Premiership final appearance. Manu Tuilagi punched Chris Ashton in the face but both players were yellow carded by Wayne Barnes.
