Lawes is staying as Saints get set to announce raft of contract renewals


Lawes has committed his future to Northampton, where he has become a key figure since emerging from the club's Academy.
The 31-year-old has racked up a massive 231 appearances for the black, green and gold, while amassing a huge 85 caps for England.

Hide AdLawes has been linked with a big money move to French club Beziers in recent days, with the PRO D2 outfit set to enjoy a sizeable cash injection.
But Lawes will not be part of their near future as he is staying at Saints.
It is set to be announced that he has extended his deal, which was due to expire in the summer of 2021, until at least 2023.
And Lawes is not the only popular figure who is sticking around as Saints prepare to reveal a raft of contract renewals in the coming days.
