Dowson praises Todaro as Saints ace is named in Italy's Six Nations squad
Phil Dowson has hailed Edoardo Todaro for the consistency he’s shown since making his way into the senior setup at Saints.
Academy product Todaro is enjoying an incredible breakthrough campaign with the black, green and gold, having only signed his first professional contract last year.

The 19-year-old scored a first-half hat-trick in the Investec Champions Cup win against Scarlets last Sunday, taking his try tally to nine in 12 games this season.
He only made his Saints debut back in September and was called up to the Italy squad during the autumn internationals, making his first appearance in the win against Chile.
On Wednesday afternoon, Todaro and Danilo Fischetti were selected by Italy ahead of the Guinness Six Nations.
And speaking this week, Saints boss Dowson said: “It's the most impressive thing (how well he's settled into the senior setup).
“We knew about the quality and (Saints head of Academy) Mark Hopley and the rest of the coaching crew in the Academy had been talking about how good Edo is, the quality, his ability to run with the ball, all those sorts of things.
“He's hugely impressive and it's incredibly exciting for the club to continue to produce those sorts of players.
“But I think the big thing is how he's able to back it up. The consistency, how he's able to be in the right place mentally week on week speaks volumes about him as a person.”
