Collins one of several former Saints players signing for ambitious Oundle
Tom Collins is one of a number of former Saints players who will be strutting their stuff for ambitious Oundle next season.
PREM winner Collins left Champ Rugby side Ealing Trailfinders this summer and will link up with Oundle, who finished second in National League 2 East last season.

When it was announced he would be exiting Ealing, Collins told the Trailfinders website: “I’d like to say a massive thank you to all the players, coaches, staff and supporters at Ealing Trailfinders.
"I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my last three years at the club and have met some great people along the way.
“We’ve achieved a lot, including reaching a semi-final of the PREM Cup, winning two championships and going unbeaten throughout the 2025/26 regular season – memories I’ll always be proud of.
“For me personally, I feel now is the right time to take a different direction and focus on growing my business outside of full-time rugby.
"I’ve been given an opportunity to continue enjoying my rugby closer to home while beginning that next chapter, which feels like the right move for me at this stage.
“I’m extremely grateful for everything the club has given me, and I wish everyone at Ealing Trailfinders nothing but success moving forward.”
After his move to Oundle was announced, the 31-year-old said: “I’m excited to have been given the opportunity to continue my rugby journey with Oundle. It’s a club with a great culture and plenty of ambition.
"It gives me the opportunity to pass on my experience, while continuing to play alongside a great group of lads.
"I’m looking forward to being part of what the club is building and its future.”
There is a serious squad strengthening mission going on at Oundle, with plenty of other ex-Saints players also making the move.
Wing Will Glister, who left Saints following the conclusion of his contract this summer, became the latest player to join on Tuesday.
Frankie Sleightholme, George Patten, Fraser Strachan, Toby Trinder and Ewan Baker are the other former Northampton men who will be wearing Oundle colours next season.
