The Steelmen set the ball rolling last week with experienced duo Gary Mulligan and Elliot Sandy being the first two players on the retained list following the return of Tommy Wright as manager at Steel Park.

And that was followed up by the news that Steve Diggin, who scored 16 goals last season, and fellow frontman Ryan Robbins would also be remaining at Steel Park.

Further big news came over the weekend after it was revealed Jordon Crawford would also be staying.

The hometown winger has been an impressive performer over the past few campaigns but has now signed up to stay with Corby for what they hope will be another bid for promotion in the Southern League Division One Central.

It is expected the Steelmen will continue to announce their retained list this week.
