Casey was part of the furniture at Northampton Town from 1985 until his retirement as first team physio in 2008.
First appointed to the role of physio by Graham Carr, he was the trusted medical man for a string of Town managers for a period of 23 years.
Casey saw was sat on the sidelines as the Cobblers went through many highs and lows, and here we publish a selection of pictures from his time with Town.
Pete Norton was the club photographer throughout Casey's time as physio, and captured him on many occasions over the years.
