Diamonds looking to make it four in a row
Diamonds find themselves right in the thick of the play-off battle after three successive victories in the league, the latest of which saw them beat Stourbridge 3-2 at Hayden Road last Saturday.
Peaks opted to make some changes for Tuesday’s Southern League Challenge Cup defeat to Needham Market.

Hide AdAnd he insists that was done with tomorrow’s (Saturday) trip to Kings Langley in mind.
“This weekend was always a much bigger game and I left some players out with that in mind,” the Diamonds boss said.
“Our main objective is the league so there was some method to my madness and hopefully it will do us a good turn.
“They are all tough games and it will be a hard place to go.

Hide Ad“We will have to be at our best to get something but I think we have learned a lot over the last few weeks.
“The boys know they have to do the nasty things away from home and if we have to win ugly then so be it.
“If we get the chance to pass the ball we will but, for every game, you have to be at your best.”
Diamonds will be without long-term injury victim Alex Collard but they will be checking up on the fitness of captain Liam Dolman who missed last weekend’s win due to a calf problem.
