A wireless video doorbell with AI detection, night vision and 1080p footage has dropped to just £8.49 in a limited-time Amazon deal
Is this the cheapest video doorbell on sale right now? If you've been flirting with the idea of upping your home security, but the price has put you off, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
It's a wireless video doorbell by FameVibe, and it costs £8.49 - thanks to a limited-time deal on Amazon.
It has 1080p footage, AI human detection, and night-vision, so it's certainly got all the features a modern video doorbell should have, but without the high price-point.
This deal, saving up to 21% off the usual price, is on until April 20, so there's plenty of time to snap one up.
There are a few options to consider if you do take the plunge - the first one is colour. The black version is the cheapest at £8.49, and the white version costs £9.49.
You could order it without a plug-in chime, which makes the white version 49p cheaper but, oddly, the black one becomes £1 more expensive. So you might as well go for the version with the chime.
Importantly, if you want to unlock all the features of this bargain doorbell, you'll need to sign up to a paid-for cloud service. The most important feature you'll miss out if you don't is the ability to store footage.
But if you don't need to do that, if you just want a camera to monitor comings and goings at your door with a live view piped to your smartphone, this will do the job. And for only £8.49 it's incredibly cheap.
Amazon Prime members get free delivery on eligible items. Non-Prime customers may pay delivery charges depending on the order.
