The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted to St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London, where she is in the early stages of labour, Kensington Palace has said.

The Duchess was taken to the Lindo wing of St Mary’s earlier this morning with the Duke of Cambridge where she will give birth to their third child.
