“Once you have completed your apprenticeship you will receive a recognised qualification in the area you studied. Within these organisations there are many successful apprentices who have gone on to gain permanent roles and continue their career in the NHS.”
Charlotte Smith, apprentice in project management at NHFT said: “If you want the support and guidance to be able to enter the working world, then an NHS apprenticeship is for you. I’m really proud to be part of such a fantastic team.
Becky Sansom, Northampton General Hospital’s Learning & Development Manager, said: “Northampton General Hospital runs an award-winning apprenticeship programme that offers opportunities right across the hospital ranging from health care and pharmacy roles right through to mechanical engineering and business admin. An apprenticeship at NGH means a year of valuable hands-on experience working alongside our experts and the opportunity to learn skills in demand across the public and private sectors.”
