Full list of road closures throughout September
Motorists are being warned of a series of road closures across North Northamptonshire.
North Northamptonshire Council has published a number of temporary traffic orders covering roads across the area during September for maintenance, gas mains and inspection work.
They include one for Station Road, Gretton, 20 metres either side of the level crossing, for safety during vegetation clearance and track maintenance.
The proposed order will come into effect on September 19 and it is expected that the road will be restricted for up to one night.

For alternative routes use Mill Road, B672, Seaton Road and Gretton Road.
Another order covers Oundle Road (A427), Upper Benefield, from the junction with Glapthorn Road to the junction with Brigstock Road, Lower Benefield.
This is for safety during sewer connection works. The proposed order will come into effect on September 21 and it is expected that the road will be restricted for up to five days.
For alternative routes use the A427, A43, A6116, A605 or A14.
High Street, Rushden, from Church Street to Skinners Hill, is to be closed from September 7 for up to five days during the laying of new gas mains.
For alternative routes use the A5028, A6, A5001 or A5028.
A further order covers Stamford Road, Thorpe Malsor/Rothwell/Rushton, from the Rockingham Road roundabout to the Stamford Road roundabout.
This is due to ‘enhancement’ works – drainage cleansing, litter picking and pothole repairs.
The proposed order will come into effect on September 7 and it is expected that the road will be restricted for up to five days.
Motorists are advised to follow signage for alternative routes.
Sanders Road, Wellingborough, from Yeldon Court to Vaux Road, will be closed for up to three days from September 13. Motorists are advised to use Stewarts Road and the A510.
Part of Furnace Lane, Little Harrowden, 20 metres either side of the railway crossing, will be closed for safety reasons during an inspection of the bridge.
The proposed order will come into effect on September 16 and it is expected that the road will be restricted for up to one day.
Alternative routes are Finedon Station Road, A509 and Furnace Lane.
Restrictions are also being brought in for repair work along Denford Road, Ringstead, and Ringstead Road, Denford, from Ditchford Bridge, southern side past RJC Lowloaders and Ditchford Lock.
