Tractor accident blocks A6003

The vehicle has totally blocked the road at the Sondes Arms.

Motorists are advised to take the alternative route through Gretton.

It is not yet known if anyone has been injured.

The scene of the accident is at the bottom of a very steep hill that has seen several lorry and HGV smashes over the years, most notably in 2009 when a crane crashed into a house, injuring two men.
