Teacher training roadshow comes to Corby
A teacher training roadshow is to be held at the Pen Green Centre in Corby.
The ‘Northamptonshire The Place to Teach’ roadshow runs from 10am to midday on Saturday, February 6, and is a ‘one-stop shop’ for prospective trainee teachers in Northamptonshire.
It will offer guidance on the routes into teaching as well as the strong case for making the move to Northamptonshire.
A Pen Green spokesman said: “We are delighted to be working in close collaboration with the University of Hertfordshire for the second year to deliver teacher training for primary and early years.
“This year we will have a total of 24 places for early years/primary teacher trainees from September 2016.”
