Father's Day is approaching this Sunday and - what's that, you're excited? 'I'm Dad!'
Painful, I know. To avoid hearing similar jokes like this all day, we have compiled a list of fun activities and days out you can treat that special father figure in your life to this Father's Day on Sunday, June 20.
Whether he is a golfer, adventurer or simply a lover of craft beer, we have a good selection of ideas to keep him busy in the county.
Here are seven activities and day trips in Northamptonshire to help you celebrate Father's Day 2021:

5. The Pinnacle Climbing Centre - Northampton
The Pinnacle Climbing Centre in Northampton is the perfect place to take your athletic father if he would like to scale their climbing walls or take on their caving facilities. It is perfect for adults and children and they welcome both beginner and advanced climbers; kit is included so all you will need to bring is some comfortable clothes you're not afraid to get dirty! 7. Father's Day in the taproom at Saxby's Cider - Wellingborough
Saxby's Cider is inviting father's to their taproom in Farndish where they will serve his ciders in a special branded Saxby’s Cider glass that he can take home as a gift. The bar will be open from noon to 5pm and tables can be booked for free. Saxby's Cider have teamed up with 'Absolutely Vintage' so that you can spoil your dad with scrumptious grazing boxes; these will need to be pre-ordered.
