Rushden pub to host Great Ormond Street fundraiser

The event is taking place at The Welcome Inn in Irchester Road from 8.45pm.

Steve Hadjuk, a football scout for Aston Villa FC, is organising the event with pub landlord Megan.

Mr Hadjuk said: “Wee always get good support from football plus other organisations local and national who are very generous when asked for support.”

There are many auction items including Premier League football tickets, test match cricket tickets, a four ball golf day, £100 car voucher, plus many others.

Hot dogs and burgers will be on sale for £2 each, with a raffle drawn on the night.
