Conservative Tom Pursglove racks-up hat-trick of victories in Corby & East Northants
MP Tom Pursglove increased his majority in Corby tonight as he won his third general election in four years.
Mr Pursglove won the marginal seat with 33,410 of the votes.
Labour had thrown everything but the kitchen sink at their campaign in the town but Labour candidate Beth Miller went home disappointed after losing for a second time to her political rival. She won just 23,142 votes - more than 3,000 less votes than she gained in 2017.
Mr Pursglove, off the back of victories in 2015 and 2017, will now serve another term as the area's MP.
Beth Miller (Lab) 23,142
Tom Pursglove (Con) 33,410
Chris Stanbra (Lib Dem) 3,932
